Our membership comprises teachers, infomal science educators, environmental educators, and students from many different locations throughout the Pacific Northwest. You can become a member of NAME and also join the National Marine Education Association at the same time.

Membership Levels
- Active—$25: Any individual who supports the goals of NAME
- Active+NMEA—$70: Includes Active NAME membership and annual membership in NMEA at a $5 discount
- Student/Senior/Limited Income—$15: Student membership includes any student in grades K-12, any college student (community college, university), or marine or aquatic trade school student. Senior membership includes any person 62 or older. Limited income membership includes any person who can show that their financial circumstances preclude joining as an ACTIVE membe
- Student+NMEA—$40: Includes student membership (any student in grades K-12, any college student [community college, university], or marine or aquatic trade school student) plus an annual membership in NMEA
- Senior/Limited Income+NMEA—$60: Includes senior membership (includes any person 62 or older) or limited income membership (includes any person who can show that their financial circumstances preclude joining as an ACTIVE member) plus an annual membership in NMEA at a $5 discount
- Lifetime—$250: Membership never expires
- Institutional—$50: Any not-for-profit institution with goals similar to NAME
- Corporate—$200: Any company or organization whose business includes the marine or aquatic education market
